MailerQ version 0.8.0 released

Published on August 18, 2014 | By MailerQ

We are pleased to announce the long awaited MailerQ 0.8.0 release of MailerQ. This version comes with a completely new interface, flood patterns and refactored code.

Flood Patterns

With flood patterns you can tell MailerQ to react automatically to specific server responses and overrule default email throttle settings to prevent emails from not being delivered.

For example: pause sending to domains that match a specific server response e.g. Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable, for two hours and limit the number of messages per minute until all messages have been sent.

Release Notes

  • Completely refactored code
  • New underlying AMQP-CPP library
  • Implemented flood patterns
  • New user interface

Free license changed

With the upcoming release of the enterprise version of MailerQ we have decreased the amount of e-mails per minute for the free version of MailerQ. It is currently set at 1.000 e-mails per minute, however this amount is not set in stone just yet.
