Business Development Manager

MailerQ is looking for a Business Development Manager that will expand our customer portfolio.

As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities and drive sales. Using a consultative approach, you will help enterprise companies find a suitable software solution that aligns with their business objectives and MailerQ's offerings. You will be involved in all aspects of the sales funnel, from the initial contact, negotiating the contract, and closing the deal. Together with the marketing team, you will work on initiatives to fill up the sales pipeline so that you can reach your quota.

The ideal candidate is a good communicator and has experience in selling software to enterprise companies.

Who are you?

  • You have experience in selling software to enterprise accounts and closing deals on top-management level
  • You are experienced in converting new deals from complex sales cycles
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Spanish is a plus
  • You are confident in talking with technically skilled professionals and C-suite executives
  • You have genuine interest in IT
  • You have the ability to travel a couple of times per year
  • Technical background and/or experience within the email industry is a plus

What are you going to do?

  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities in order to quickly close new business
  • Manage your pipeline with an effective follow-up and keep all reporting up to date
  • Collaborate with other teams to come up with new strategies to reach prospects
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Participate in international industry events and promote MailerQ at conferences
  • Give demonstrations of the MailerQ product
  • Travel will be required up to 30% of the time
